Winners of the MLB Off-season... So Far

We're still waiting on Manny Machado and Bryce Harper to sign somewhere, but this off-season has already seen some big names go places. Who's winning the off-season at this point?

• Seattle Mariners: Jerry Dipoto has offloaded Robinson Cano's albatross contract to the Mets and has restocked a once-barren farm system with young talent. Getting Justus Sheffield, Yusei Kikuchi, and Justin Dunn to create a younger rotation is a nice alternative to staying stagnant and being a middle-of-the-pack baseball team.
  
• Philadelphia Phillies: Even if they don't get Manny Machado or Bryce Harper, this has been a productive off-season for the Phillies. They've acquired Jean Segura and Andrew McCutchen to bolster their lineup and added David Robertson to give their bullpen a boost. Getting one of the two mega stars will be the cherry on top for Philadelphia's busy off-season.
  
• Washington Nationals: Getting Patrick Corbin and Anibal Sanchez to accompany Max Scherzer in the rotation is nice. The Nationals also acquired Kurt Suzuki to give their lineup a boost. Washington is also looking to add a middle infielder and is in the running for many other free agents... including Bryce Harper.
  
• New York Mets: The Mets are going all-in on the next few years, adding Robinson Cano, Edwin Diaz, Jeurys Familia, and Wilson Ramos this off-season. The Mets are also $40 million under the luxury-tax threshold, making them players for any other free agent that comes their way. This off-season may turn out to be a major success for the Mets in the revitalized NL East... or it may be a colossal failure.
  
• New York Yankees: The Yankees may not need Manny Machado to compete, as proven by their signing of Troy Tulowitzki. They've also added James Paxton and brought Zach Britton, J.A. Happ, and C.C. Sabathia back on board.
