We have our two teams for the CFB championship: The Alabama Crimson Tide and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Tomorrow, a crazy season will end with one team atop the mountain. Who'll win: The Tide or the Buckeyes?
Here's one way the Buckeyes can win. Last week against Clemson, Ohio State abused tight end routes, with junior Jeremy Ruckert having a decent game. He had three catches for 55 yards and two touchdowns. Trey Sermon also had a massive impact, picking up where he left off in the Big Ten Championship game with 31 carries for 193 yards and a touchdown. You know what Justin Fields can do. However, if he's ineffective, watch for these two other weapons in Ryan Day's offense.
As for Alabama, they share the same dynamic aspect as the Buckeyes. Mac Jones can run a game and DeVontae Smith won the Heisman for a reason. You know all about the legendary Nick Saban and what this team can do. This is especially true with the deep receiving group Saban has this season. A Crimson Tide member to keep an eye on is senior running back Najee Harris. Harris has 1,387 rushing yards and 24 touchdowns this season.
It'd be wise to bet the over on this game because there's a good chance this will be a shootout. I think it'll be a close bout. However, you should never bet against the Tide (except in certain cases of them playing the Clemson Tigers). Therefore, Roll Tide, 48-45.
My life! Food, sports, school. It's what it is!
