The Five Best World Series Match-Ups (In My Opinion)

October baseball is just around the bend, which means we could have some magical autumn moments in baseball. The field is being established in the final days of the regular season, so we'll have our postseason teams settled soon. Which brings me to my next point: which match-ups do would be the best?

1. Yankees vs. Dodgers: Both teams have over 100 wins and have either the best record or are competing for the best record in their league. Plus, this would be a prime match-up for ratings: the two biggest television markets (and cities) in North America would draw a great deal of interest, especially from celebrities. Who wouldn't be tuned in to see these two historic franchises duke it out in October?
   
2. Yankees vs. Cardinals: Speaking of historic franchises, you're looking at the most successful franchises in their respective leagues. This match-up would draw massive ratings as well, pitting solid pitching against the Baby Bombers.
   
3. Twins vs. Brewers: Two former AL Central rivals would go at it in the World Series. You can also make the case for Cleveland vs. Milwaukee, but this is a better match-up due to the proximity of these two teams. How will the Brewers stop the Twins from hitting so many bombs?
   
4. Astros vs. Cardinals: Speaking of former division rivals, these two have some beef. Having met in the postseason twice and being involved in a hacking scandal, these two would renew their rivalry in the Fall Classic.
   
5. Astros vs. Dodgers: A rematch of the 2017 World Series, the Dodgers would like some revenge against the Astros for beating them in seven games. We would also like to see some pitching duels, especially between Justin Verlander and Clayton Kershaw.
