Takeaways from Week Ten of the NFL regular season

It's almost Thanksgiving! We got some cold turkeys and some ready to be served. Here's what went down in Week 10 of the NFL season.

• The NFC Playoffs Are Wide Open? With Drew Brees suffering a rib injury (he suffered a collapsed lung, in fact) in a win against the San Francisco 49ers, the Saints are now faced with the task of winning with either Taysom Hill or Jameis Winston. Both aren't Drew Brees, with Hill being specialized for a specific role in Sean Payton's offense while Winston is a glass cannon. With Brees being possibly out, this could leave the NFC wide open in terms of the playoffs, with Seattle, the Los Angeles Rams, Arizona Cardinals, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers looking to move up in their playoff rankings.
  
• Da Bears Are Sliding: One team that is also worried about the playoffs are the Chicago Bears, who lost on Monday night to the Minnesota Vikings, 19-13. Nick Foles was also carted off the field after a brutal hit in the fourth quarter of that game by Ifeadi Odenigbo. The loss was Chicago's fourth in a row and match-ups against the Green Bay Packers (twice) and Minnesota Vikings loom for the Bears. Are "Da Bears" finished?
  
• Who Wants the NFC East? With the New York Giants beating the Philadelphia Eagles, 27-17, it's anybody's guess as to who will win the NFC East. Dallas and Philadelphia have been devastated by injuries, while Washington and the Giants are still young, budding teams. Whatever the case, none of these teams deserve to be in the playoffs.
