They did it! The Kansas City Chiefs won their first Super Bowl in around 50 years! So how did the Chiefs do in the off-season to ensure they stay atop the NFL hierarchy?
Well, there were rumors of Sammy Watkins taking 2020 off, for starters. He came back. Adding Clyde Edwards-Helaire to the Chiefs will help take a load off Patrick Mahomes. It also gives Andy Reid another dynamic in his already dynamic offense to work with. You also have close to the entire Super Bowl team intact from last season. It's rare for the Super Bowl champion (or any champion, for that matter) to get better. The Chiefs did just that, bolstering their offense to astounding heights. They get a 9.5 out of 10 for their off-season.
