Picks For The Playoff Slate

Next week, the NFL playoff slate will be set. But right now, we're concerned with the college football landscape. Two big games featuring four big teams. Who's moving on to the National Championship?

• Clemson vs. Ohio State: The big battle will be waged up front, where Buckeyes DE Chase Young and his teammates will look to dominate against Clemson. This is also a revenge game for Ohio State after their humiliating defeat against the Tigers a few years ago. Something tells me that Clemson will be exposed here. They haven't played anybody of note this season and barely beat North Carolina at the beginning of the season. Ohio State, on the other hand, has looked scary. J.K. • Oklahoma vs. LSU: Jalen Hurts has carried this Sooners team all season. Akin to Kyler Murray, Hurts has carried the offense through the air (32 passing touchdowns) and on the ground (18 rushing touchdowns). This game has the makings of a shootout, especially with Oklahoma carrying that Big 12 defense. However, it'll look like Joe Burrow, Justin Jefferson, and company will carry LSU to victory.
