Packers' Off-Season Checklist

The resurgent Green Bay Packers made it all the way to the NFC Championship before losing to the San Francisco 49ers. What can the Pack do to get back to the Super Bowl?
  • Find Aaron Rodgers Some Receivers (partially done): Getting Devin Funchess will add receiver depth. However, it can't just be DeVante Adams making plays for Rodgers. Rodgers is also not getting any younger; Rodgers is 36 years old.
  • Think About A Heir: Being 36 years old, Rodgers may be seeing the end of his career soon. Despite throwing 26 touchdowns and only four interceptions last season, Rodgers only completed 62% of his passes and had a QBR of 50.4. The Packers should look into a quarterback and groom him as the heir apparent of Rodgers.
  • Find Some Run Defense: Green Bay had a hard time stopping Raheem Mostert in the NFC Championship game; Mostert ran all over the Packers with 220 rushing yards and four touchdowns. Getting an inside linebacker and some defensive linemen will help the Packers become legitimate Super Bowl contenders.
