NCAA tournament sleepers

Basketball season is underway (the NCAA variety, that is) and the Bracketologies are already out and about!  There are your usual suspects such as Duke, Kentucky, and Kansas, who are locks to make the tournament barring a collapse. But what about the other schools that should be in the mix?

• Clemson: Clemson has become well-known as a football school. However, the Tigers could make a run at the tournament. With a nice strength of schedule, a solid strength of record, and P.J. Hall to boot, Clemson could make it in. They're already 2-0 with wins over Mississippi State and Purdue, so they're already bolstering their resume for the tournament. The Tigers will have plenty of chances to boost their resume in the ACC as well, so watch for them to make noise.
  
• Western Kentucky: Like Clemson, the Hilltoppers have a solid SOS and SOR. Beating Northern Iowa and Memphis helps matters for Western Kentucky. The Hilltoppers have a game against Louisville on December 1st, which will be a prime opportunity to solidify their resume further.
  
• Colorado: A paltry schedule and playing in the Pac-12 may make the Buffaloes' case for the tournament difficult. But their strength of record is excellent (14th) and the Buffaloes are 2-0 to start the season. Colorado will have plenty of opportunities with games against Arizona, Arizona State, UCLA, USC, and Oregon coming up.
  
• Davidson: Believe it or not, Steph Curry's alma mater could also make a play. The strength of record and strength of schedule may not be there. But Davidson will have plenty of opportunities to boost their resume, starting with #19 Texas on November 30. Games against Saint Louis, Dayton, and Richmond could also bolster their case for the tournament.
