Fulham FC Checklist

Winners of the Championship, Fulham gets promoted to Premier League play. However, it's never an easy ride for promoted clubs to the big leagues. However, Fulham got relegated after a short promotion in 2018. What does Fulham need to do to have staying power?

• Go After The Big Guns: In order to ensure that they don't get relegated again, the Lily Whites need to go after the guys at the top. They are trying to do that by going after Kyle Walker-Peters, a defender for Tottenham Hotspur. They'll have to compete with Southampton for his services, but it's a start for a club trying to stay afloat in the big leagues.
  
• Lock In The Current Key Players: Another important part of Fulham's stay in the Premier League is keeping Harrison Reed and Harry Arter. The midfield duo want to stay with Fulham and help give the Cottagers continuity. Keeping the two should go for around 12 million euros.
  
• Lock In Your Coach As Well: Helping the club secure promotion, Scott Parker is currently being offered a new contract with the expectation of him accepting. Parker's become a solid player's coach, helping instrument a defense that is hard to penetrate.
  
• Get A Winger: Aleksander Mitrovic will need some help on offense if Fulham is to have staying power. That goes back to punching up to the big boys, although Fulham should be careful. Their reckless spending in 2018 is what caused them to become relegated again.
