College Football Playoff Picks

It's here. The college football playoff will make its arrival in a couple days. How will things shake out on December 29th? Who will win it all?
  • Alabama vs. Oklahoma: I expect this game to be a high-scoring affair. Both offenses average over 500 yards a game and over 45 points a game. The only major defense is that Oklahoma carries a Big 12 defense, which means a grave number of points will be given up as well. Oklahoma's best hope is for Tua Tagovailoa to be less than 100% for this game and to stop Damien Harris. Otherwise, Kyler Murray will have to put the Sooners on his back and give Alabama all they can handle. Alabama 55, Oklahoma 37
  • Clemson vs. Notre Dame: Clemson potentially lost defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence to a suspension for a positive drug test, which will hurt the Tigers up front. Another key match-up that Clemson will have to take heed of is their offensive line against Notre Dame's front seven. Still, Clemson will offensively prove to be too much for Notre Dame. I expect this game to be closer than expected, though. Clemson 27, Notre Dame 24
