Unfortunately for the readers of this blog, you missed out on an opportunity to read my picks due to my old computer crapping out. However, that isn't the case this week. Here are the picks for this week.
#11 Oklahoma State 42, #5 Oklahoma 31: Mason Rudolph hasn't been the only means of offense for the Cowboys; Justice Hill has 836 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on 151 carries this season. Anyways, expect Rudolph and Oklahoma State to torch a suddenly-transparent Sooner defense. The Battle for Bedlam should be a shootout. #2 Alabama 56, #19 LSU 7: The Tide have steamrolled their competition this season, although their schedule should ramp up in the last few weeks. #7 Penn State 30, #24 Michigan State 27: Both teams are coming off of crushing losses. Heisman candidate Saquon Barkley will be tested against a Spartan team that's only allowing 89.8 rushing yards a game. #4 Clemson 35, #20 North Carolina State 21: Clemson should be careful with Kelly Bryant; his concussion issues may still linger. Clemson's secondary should do enough to make it out of Raleigh in one piece. #13 Virginia Tech 14, #10 Miami 10: Points should be at a premium here, although the Hurricanes are that apt at stopping the run. Miami's yielding 179.7 yards a game on the ground. #25 Washington State 28, #21 Stanford 24: This Pac-12 North battle will be in some of the colder elements, making the weather a big factor in the game. Who will break first in this match-up? Upset Watch: #22 Arizona over #17 USC
