Chargers' Off-Season Checklist

The Los Angeles Chargers had a stellar season last year, going 12-4 and making it all the way to the divisional round. What should the Chargers improve to get to the Super Bowl?

• Get Blocking: Philip Rivers was sacked 32 times last year (that's two times per game!) for the Chargers. Blocking has been a problem with the Chargers for years and last year was no different. Los Angeles should search out tackles, guards, anything, to help protect Philip Rivers and enhance the running game.
  
• Get a Defensive Tackle: Another thing the Chargers can do is strengthen themselves up front defensively. They only have three defensive tackles at the moment and could use another to build depth at the position. Dre'Mont Jones of Ohio State would be a great fit in the later rounds if they choose to go that route.
  
• Get the Hell Back to San Diego... Or Out of the Bandbox Stadium They're In, at Least: Of all people, Dean Spanos had to be the one to bring a second football team to Los Angeles. Mark Davis was supposed to be that guy (after all, the Raiders are HUGE in Los Angeles). But Spanos decided to be greedy and take it all for himself. Oh well. We'll just have to wait until 2020 when the new Inglewood stadium opens.
