Welcome to another edition of "Blending Buddy", where I show you what blending recipes I use to live a healthier lifestyle. Today's edition is called the "Good Pet".
  • Teaspoon of Chia Seeds
  • 5 slices of Chinese Eggplant
  • Handful of Spinach/2 Kale Leaves
  • Handful of Goose Berries
  • Small Handful of Strawberries
Chia seeds are essentially a super food. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which helps to raise HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol) levels. HDL cholesterol helps to combat strokes and heart attacks. Chia seeds are also a good source of fiber, calcium, antioxidants, and iron. They're also good for growing a famous person an afro!
