Welcome to another edition of Blending Buddy, where I showcase the smoothies I make to live a healthier lifestyle! This edition is called "My Darling!"
  • 1 clementine, peeled
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1 slice of eggplant
  • 1 cup of spinach
From the orange family, the clementine is a rich source of vitamin C (no scurvy) and antioxidants! Clementines are also rich in potassium, making for a good alternative to bananas. Clementines may also reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease. These small fruits even support the immune system and relieve digestive issues!
