Welcome to another edition of "Blending Buddy", where I share blending recipes with you to live a better lifestyle! This week's edition will help aid your stomach. I call it, "Ginger-Vital!"
  • 1/10 ginger root, sliced
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 1 broccoli stalk
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of blackberries
  • 1/4 zucchini squash, sliced
Keep in mind that ginger root tends to have an overwhelming flavor. Therefore, if you aren't down with the powerful taste, you might want to put less in your drink. Anyways, ginger root is great for treating maladies such as gas and stomach cramps. It's also great for combating nausea and indigestion along with an irritable bowel.
