Welcome to another edition of Blending Buddy, where I showcase the smoothies I make to lead a healthy lifestyle! This edition is what I call "Spring Breeze".
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 orange, sliced
Sometimes, it's best just to keep things basic. No harm in doing that, especially during these trying times. That's what I like about this edition. Blueberries help with short-term memory and can slow cognitive decline in women. Blueberries are also high in antioxidants, but low in calories.
