Welcome to another edition of Blending Buddy, where I showcase the drinks I make to live a better life! This edition is what I like to call, "Summertime" (and the livin' is easy)!
  • 1 cup of sliced watermelon
  • 1 sliced kiwi
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
Watermelons are a good fruit for a hot summer day. They help you hydrate and are a good source of vitamin C, which helps to prevent cell damage. They also can help lower blood pressure, especially in postmenopausal women, and reduce the accumulation of excess fat. Watermelon is also a good anti-inflammatory fruit thanks to the choline found in the fruit.
