Bengals' Off-Season Checklist

The Bengals finished 6-10 last season and finally got rid of Marvin Lewis. What can the Bengals do to compete in the AFC North?

• Get Rid of Marvin Lewis (done): Marvin Lewis was Cincinnati's head coach for 16 seasons, boasting a record of 131-122-3. However, Lewis never won a playoff game in his tenure as head coach of the Bengals (0-7). The Bengals are hoping Zac Taylor will finally propel Cincinnati past a playoff game for the first time since January 1991.
  
• Fix the Offensive Line: Billy Price is just one piece added to the offensive line (drafted in the 2018 draft). If the Bengals can add at least two offensive linemen, with one in the interior, it will help Andy Dalton immensely (Bengals quarterbacks were sacked 37 times compared to the Bengals accumulating 34 sacks last season).
  
• Get a Linebacker: The Bengals need to move on from Vontaze Burfict, who's shown that he's unable to play the game the right way and is on a downward trend. Devin White is a name to watch for Cincinnati. The Bengals also need a corner and an additional defensive lineman.
